If you are not satisfied with your subscription, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of that payment — no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription payment on any plan.
Beyond the first 7 days, subscription payments already processed are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see below). If a technical fault prevents you from accessing the Platform, contact us at orrerysupport@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly or refund the affected period.
Cancel at any time from your Account page. You keep full access until the end of your current paid billing period, and cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
Email orrerysupport@gmail.com from the address on your account. Refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
